1. The service

Homeopath4U provides a directory of homeopathy doctors and clinics in India, plus free profile tools for practitioners. We are a discovery platform only: we do not employ the listed practitioners, guarantee their services, or intermediate any treatment relationship.

2. Accounts & claims

• You must provide accurate information when registering or claiming a profile.
• Only a practitioner (or authorised clinic staff) may claim that practitioner's or clinic's listing. False claims are grounds for removal.
• You are responsible for keeping published information accurate and current.

3. Prohibited use

• No scraping, bulk downloading, or republishing of directory data without written permission.
• No fake listings, fabricated reviews or ratings, misleading qualifications, or impersonation.
• No automated abuse of search or contact features.

4. Content licence

You grant Homeopath4U a non-exclusive licence to publish the profile information you submit. You keep ownership of your content.

5. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homeopath4U is not liable for interactions between patients and practitioners, or for the accuracy of user-submitted content. See our Medical Disclaimer.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page.
